Trimzy is a barbershop management platform. It brings bookings, walk-in queues, staff, branches, POS checkout, customers, loyalty and reports into one system, used through the Trimzy mobile apps.

Barbershop owners, their staff and barbers, and customers. Owners set up and manage the business, staff and barbers handle the day, and customers can discover shops and book through the customer app.

Yes. Customers can find a shop, choose services and a barber, and book, reschedule or cancel from the Trimzy customer app. Online booking is part of the Fade and Sharp package scope.

Yes. Walk-ins join a queue with a queue number and move through waiting, called, in service and completed. A kiosk check-in and a TV queue display are available in the Sharp package scope.

Yes. A business can have several branches, each with its own profile, operating hours, services, staff assignment and package. Reports can compare branches for the owner. Branch limits per package are not defined yet.

Pricing is not announced yet. The Pricing page shows the draft Trim, Fade and Sharp packages and what each is intended to include; contact the team to talk about what would suit your shop.

There is no free trial announced. If that changes it will be stated on the Pricing page.

Packages are assigned per branch and the product supports moving a branch between packages, with the data kept readable. Billing terms for upgrades and downgrades are not confirmed yet.
